SAVORY

Yes you can cater in savory fare! Desserts need to be ordered through Pure Bliss Desserts but the world is your oyster when

it comes to the savory side of things. Let us know if you would like us to email you a list of recommended vendors ...

we have suggestions from charcuterie to paella and all the plates in between.

DRINKS

We offer local beer + cider as well as wine, prosecco + mead. Once you book your event we will email you a list of alcoholic and non alcoholic drink options. Cost varies based on selections. Flourish policy limits drinks to two drinks/person per event. Please note that outside drinks are allowed, but a flat $50 corkage fee will be applied (this applies to all outside drinks: alcoholic + nonalcoholic).

 

ESPRESSO

Our premium La Marzocco espresso machine is ready to elevate your event!  For an additional $40, a professionally trained barista will craft custom orders and serve your guests for one hour during your event.  Beverage costs are calculated on a per-drink basis during the event, with the final total easily settled at the conclusion.  The espresso bar comes fully stocked with our house made ganache and caramel syrups as well as select Monin syrups and local dairy & milk alternatives.

COFFEE + TEA 

In addition to or in lieu of the espresso station ... we offer a self serve coffee and tea bar.

Our coffee is locally-sourced, fair trade, organic - Moka Joe Coffee. Our teas are local teas from Flying Bird Botanicals. 

The self service coffee + tea station is set up prior to the event start time and available for self service throughout the duration of your event. We offer regular and decaf coffee and up to five flavors of Flying Bird Botanical Teas. Half & half, sugar cubes, and alternatives sweeteners available (alternative milks available upon request). Coffee + Tea Bar Pricing is $70 for 30 cups or $130 for 60 cups.

SEATING 

Flourish was created with all kinds of events in mind! 

During the design process we opted for flexible seating with layouts + combinations that can be customized specific to your event.

After booking, we will work with you to create the ideal setting arrangement for your event. Options range from

an open floor plan without table + chair seating to banquet style seating for up to 32 guests. There is some flexibility in

the mini-lounge near the entrance with two oversized leather chairs + velvet covered bar stools.

LIGHTING + SOUND + WIFI

Thanks to dimmers, sconces, disco balls and pendants ... we can set the mood quite a bit for your event with lighting

alone. Let us know what lighting style you prefer and we'll  do our best to make that happen.

Guests will have access to the sound system or we can choose appropriate ambient music for you. 

And yes, the space has WIFI (and a projector)!

EVENT ASSISTANT 

If greeting guests, slicing cake and pouring drinks is not in your wheelhouse, we suggest hiring an event assistant! An event assistant is a highly trained Pure Bliss team member available by the hour, at $35/hour, for private events. Typically an assistant is requested for the first hour of an event to handle food and drink details for the host. An Assistant is separate from the Barista role, as their focus is hospitality, event flow and dessert service. Please select this option during the booking process to ensure staffing availability.
